Our team of insurance professionals will work for you. Your Agent will oversee and coordinate the servicing of your account. Your Account Manager is the person you will contact to request certificates, change endorsements, answer billing questions, claim reporting, or answer general questions regarding your account.
Once we receive the policies, your Account Manager will carefully review the policy to assure we are delivering what has been proposed. This includes, but is not limited to, checking coverage and policy premium for accuracy.
We include a summary of all policy coverage. This brief description of coverage should be used to obtain a review of your insurance limits. However, this is only a summary of coverage and will not reflect all the terms and conditions of your coverage.
Several of our companies have toll-free 24 hour claims reporting. We will provide this information to you for fast and efficient claims handling.
If you report the claim to our office, we will immediately forward the claim to your insurance carrier. We will follow-up with you on the claim number, adjustors name and phone number. We will work in concert with you to be sure your claim is handled to your satisfaction.
